Tribute to Alexis Girard
Alexis Girard was a young person full of promise, whose smile and kindness brightened the lives of everyone around him. He had a special way of making people feel seen and included whether in a classroom, a hallway, or among friends Alexis had a warmth that drew others toward him.
His untimely passing in a car accident is heartbreaking, and a sharp reminder of how fragile life can be. While it was far too soon for him to leave us, Alexis left behind many memories that will continue to live on. The laughter he shared, the support he offered, and the joy he brought into simple moments will always be remembered.
Alexis taught us important lessons without even trying. He showed us how being present matters, how small acts of kindness ripple through our community, and how a good heart creates a lasting impact. In honoring his life, we commit to carrying his spirit forward: to be kinder, more compassionate, and to value the time we have and the people we share it with.
Though we mourn the loss of Alexis, we also celebrate his life short, yes, but meaningful. Rest in peace, Alexis. You will always be remembered, deeply missed, and forever honored in our hearts.
